We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Visual Designer to join our dynamic and fast-growing creative team. This role is ideal for a design professional with 5–7 years of experience who possesses a strong foundation in branding, visual communication, design systems, and digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with exceptional design execution and has a proven ability to create impactful visual solutions that drive brand engagement and business growth.
As a Senior Visual Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving brand identities across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and leadership teams to develop compelling creative concepts and deliver high-quality visual assets that align with organizational goals. In addition to executing design projects, you will help guide creative direction, contribute to brand strategy initiatives, and mentor junior designers to maintain a high standard of design excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Visual Design Leadership
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact visual designs across digital, print, and presentation platforms.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated brand systems, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing and internal communications.
- Create compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns, business proposals, annual reports, corporate presentations, websites, and social media channels.
- Drive the evolution of brand identity through innovative typography, color systems, visual frameworks, and design standards.
- Oversee the design and production of premium-quality creative materials that effectively communicate brand narratives and business objectives.
- Design and optimize campaign landing pages, microsites, presentation templates, and other strategic brand touchpoints.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet high standards of quality, accuracy, usability, and brand alignment while adhering to project timelines.
- Adapt and optimize creative assets across multiple formats, devices, and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
Creative Direction & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, content, product, and leadership teams to translate strategic objectives into impactful visual solutions.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering design excellence and professional growth.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative concepts that strengthen brand positioning and audience engagement.
- Present design rationale and creative recommendations to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Continuously evaluate emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to enhance creative output and innovation.
- Champion a collaborative design culture focused on creativity, quality, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, branding, or creative design roles.
- Proven experience working within creative agencies, design studios, consulting firms, or high-growth in-house marketing teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual identity systems, editorial design, campaign development, and digital experiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including design systems, collaborative workflows, and responsive layouts.
- Deep understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, color psychology, and modern design principles.
- Ability to transform complex business requirements and creative briefs into compelling visual solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities with experience handling multiple high-priority initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain attention to detail while working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Passion for brand building, visual storytelling, and delivering exceptional user-centric design experiences.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of UX/UI design methodologies, user research principles, and digital experience design.

Education
- Relevant certifications in design tools, creative technologies, or user experience design are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, Digital Design, or a related creative discipline.
- A Master’s degree, specialized design certification, or advanced training in branding, visual communication, UX/UI design, or digital media is a plus.
